Speeds up when you try to pass them when they go below the speed limit and honks at anyone who does. 🙄

Owner (Howie) tried to meet an 11 year old girl after explicit chats on Instagram and Facebook. Howie admitted to "sending some of the messages" but claimed he was hacked and somebody "got his IP and got his info" and "he was not a pedo". He then claimed the person asking him about the message was "violating his privacy" for reviewing the messages and threatened to call the cops on the person filming the interaction. Howie then asked to see the printed out messages and crumbled them up, he then attempted to snatch the stack of all the messages in a fit of rage. He then got very aggressive and his wife Meredith stepped in to get him to stop incriminating himself. His phone number was also linked to an app known for sharing illegal images of minors and he follows a lot of underage accounts on social media.
