I have passed by this driver several times. This driver appears to always be alerting other drivers about tailgaters and speeders by using his hazard lights when dangerously careless drivers are tailgaiting this vehicle or other vehicles, and this vehicle warns others when they get too close to eachother about potential hazards I notice, particularly in inclement wet or low friction conditions. This vehicle is like a security guard for your highway. It would be wise to follow behind and let it be an early warning radar system.

Young white male driving a silver/gray Jeep Cherokee, license N1851L, doing 60 to 70 miles an hour on Harpeth Bend in a 30 mph zone this morning, throwing middle finger salutes at multiple pedestrians motioning for him to slow down. Police have been called. If this is your child or friend, please get him off the road before he kills himself or someone else.

Does not respect cyclists. Screamed “get off the road” while I was as far right over on a 2 lane road. They don’t seem to be very smart either because they pulled into their driveway right down the road from where they sped past me less than 3ft away from me.
