On 11/30/2016 at a little after noon, this young man was driving we stbound on I-40 in Mt. Juliet area and was so busy texting with his cell phone in his lap he didn't notice his speed had dropped to 53 in a 70 zone. He even had an elderly lady in the car with him.

This man and woman harassed me after I filled up my tank at a Kroger in cordova. They were upset that they could not drive through the parking lot and I just happened to be the car in their way. I had my 2 children's with me and they laid on their horn and flicked me off for about 3 minutes while I tried to distract my kids and not pay them any attention. They finally started backing up to get out another way (this was rush hour fill up time at Kroger on trinity rd and it was PACKED everyone was having to wait in lines and find their way around long lines to leave and get in the lot) so I felt relieved when I thought they were leaving. BUT that's not what happened. THEY PULLED UP NEXT TO ME AND ROLLED DOWN THEIR WINDOW AND STARTED YELLING AT ME AND TELLING ME I WAS A WHITE CRACKHEAD AND STARTED GOING OFF ON ME USING EVERY RACIAL SLUR AND CUSS WORD YOU COULD USE AGAINST A WHITE PERSON when he finished his rant I calmly told him that we needed to talk there was clearly a misunderstanding I had simply just been sitting there in my truck minding my own business . He refused to say anything literate he and the older woman , both African Americans, would just throw up their middle fingers and yell at me that I was a white crack head ?? and kept asking me if I was mentally retarded?? Then he said "is something wrong with you?" (Like in the head) and I said "no...? Look at the way I'm acting and the way you two are acting I'm perfectly fine and calm you guys are freaking out for god knows what." All I could come up with in response was "are y'all serious right now?" "Are y'all seriously acting like this?" You pulled up to me in a parking lot and started laying on your horn and harrassing me and racially insulting me and my children in front of god and everyone at the Kroger parking lot. I called the cops gave them all your info but honestly I hope I find you before they do. Bc I'm on the look out for you now.
