Older driver has been seen following the car in front without coming to a complete stop at stop sign. Oncoming car (waiting to make left turn) had to wait.

Pay attention dummy. You were on your phone and weaving all over I-20 and 45 this morning. No, you weren't convincing anyone you could do both.
