Older driver has been seen following the car in front without coming to a complete stop at stop sign. Oncoming car (waiting to make left turn) had to wait.

Pay attention dummy. You were on your phone and weaving all over I-20 and 45 this morning. No, you weren't convincing anyone you could do both. You just looked stupid over-correcting, weaving, etc. You and your orange KIA compact will be super-ultra compact if you end up crashing. Good luck with that. Drive like an adult.

This guy doesn't pay attention at all on the road. Changing lanes without signalling or looking and tailgating me all the way to work.

Bl9cked an entire lane of traffic for an entire on ramp length just to be an ass. Caused an even worse backup.
