This guy HIT ME and RAN, I chased him down and got next to him to wave him down, and he was CRANKING it, so much for decency! I pit maneuvered him, and he ran out of his car, pants at his ankles, screaming he's gonna be the next big music artist. Someone take this guys Ford Escape NOW.
