Passing cars on the right shoulder. Using vehicle to intimidate, and force others over, cutting people off, weaving in and out of heavy rush hour traffic, honking and shaking fist at others, exiting highway to speed down shoulder then getting back on highway. Highway 80 and I-30 7:45am - 8:10am. 4/26/18 & 4/27/18

Fails to yield to cross walk with red light . Unconscious as I raised arm as they tried to mow over my dog at Broadway and casa Blanca
