Older driver has been seen following the car in front without coming to a complete stop at stop sign. Oncoming car (waiting to make left turn) had to wait.

This asshole in the white pick up truck who was on his phone with a child in his passenger seat rammed the back of the car while completely stopped, leaving me with a headache for the rest of the day.
