Driver was wrecklessly driving so I blew my horn and then she cuts me off in traffic twice (she mouths to me" I wasn't going to hit your m.f. car). I was trying to go around her. She had a handicap placard on the rear view mirror. Must be mentally handicap.
Express lane driver, who is CONFUSED! You tap your brakes a million times, how about putting more room in front of you so you don't follow too close. Enough sense to afford a nice black jag, but not enough to drive with common sense. amazing.

Acts like the road police. Forced car into a wall that wanted to pass. There was an upcoming merge in 1/2 a mile or so. Caused me and several others to go from 75 to 0.
