Cuts me off in a no merge zone, then steps on the brakes three times forcing me to hit mine, then flips *me* off.

Dunk Drive...Slammd into the back of my Car on Sept. 15th, 2017 and fled the seen. I was able to get his DL#. White Company Van with hazard tag mount on back. Tall van.
