This guy is a tailgating bully on Texas roads. We were going as fast as we felt comfortable what with the winding roads and the posted speed limit, this guy was so close on our asses we felt the need to speed up or get hit. When I, as the passenger, turned to take a picture they sped up even faster to go around us.

i need to find the owner of this vehicle. black vw bug, hit me from behind. I need to get their insurance info, otherwise I will have to file a hit and run report.
