Passed 4 cars while the vehicle in front was turning left on Hwy 237 (2 lane road). Then passed in a no passing zone & ran a stop sign in Round Top, Tx.

Illegally passed two of us on the right shoulder on a two lane road. Flipped us off after. Couldn't hold vehicle in his lane. happened Dobbin TX area on 07/26/16 around 0900.
