The guy driving was a middle aged puerto rican Driving an ugly sports car flew by me at high rate of speed.maybe 110mph while looking down on his cell phone.when i caught up to him he just floored it and left me behind.someone should stop that guy

Mid-30's male driving Black 2007 BMW 2DR with Texas License plate FTD 0199 was whipping in front of drivers, weaving in & out on freeway today. (Mopac/Loop 1 in Austin, Tx, headed north around 2 pm.) Nearly caused many accidents in a construction zone. When I honked next to him, he gave me the finger while using his cell phone, (no phones allowed in Austin BTW), then whipped in front of me and slammed on his breaks so I'd hit him. Barely missed him. Would love to smack this guy on behalf of all of us on the road.

Woman had over 6 kids all approximately under the age of 5 (including infants) most of which NOT buckled up, the car was not safe and could in no way pass inspection. These kids left alone in a parking lot while the woman went in to shop. Called the police but they did not arrive in time.

Attempted to ram me in a drive thru, nearly running several pedestrians over. Shouted profanities and gave hand gestures. Waited beside the restaurant to try to cut me off again.
