He was driving 70 MPH on shoulder of I20 for no reason. It was a bucket truck with two Hispanic men in it. Not sure if they got scared and decided to play the I don't speak English game or what. I know it was not their intention and they were not a holes but I wanted to get ahold of thier boss to replace my window since I just had it replaced. if they were on the roadway this would not have happened.

Driver cut me off turning right in front of me while I was going 30 down a hill. I was in clear view if he had bothered to look behind. No signal and no stop after I yelled at him, I was only just able to stop before going under his rear wheel.
