Two males in a brand new Dodge white cargo van. Immediately after coming off the on-ramp onto the freeway, the driver jerked the wheel across 3 Lanes, straight sideways, to go straight to the passing Lane and almost crunched me against the retaining wall. If I hadn't hit my horn so quickly and my brakes, that one inch of space between us would not have been there and a serious wreck would have been on him. Driver had to jerk the wheel so hard in the other direction after I hit my horn I thought that he was going to lose control. Absolutely careless and senseless driving and the van did not have a company name or phone number on it.

A road rage driver, puts others at risk. No regard for speed limits, multiple lane changes to put others at risk. When he can't get his way, he throws up his finger and when confronted he runs.
