On 5/7/2016 at 7:14 pm in Southbound Interstate 5 exit 133 onto Washington State Highway 7.
The Driver of this Black Chevy Silverado cut me off at the last minute to EXIT the Interstate and SLAMMED on their brakes with NO BODY in front. The driver cut across 2 lanes of traffic to do this.

It's a really ugly Kia Sol. Doesn't know how to drive almost hit my car. I would recommend to avoid this car.

He was driving 70 MPH on shoulder of I20 for no reason. It was a bucket truck with two Hispanic men in it. Not sure if they got scared and decided to play the I don't speak English game or what. I know it was not their intention and they were not a holes but I wanted to get ahold of thier boss to replace my window since I just had it replaced. if they were on the roadway this would not have happened.
