this lady had the audacity to run me off the road..cut across 3 lanes from the fast line all the way up to an exit so that she can break in front of me. and then she stopped and got out of her car, she looked some sort of crazy. in scrubs, black woman heavy set about in her 30s

just got rear-ended by woman driving white impala with this plate. She fled the scene without giving her DL or insurance. Did you not just see me snap a photo of the license plate?
