4pm traffic on the access road. It's stop and go traffic and 2 lanes. For a moment the road becomes wider because this area is under construction. He comes flying to behind me just to get 1 spot closer to the stoplight.
No reason to do this, I end up being behind him for the next 10 minutes because there is literally no other exit point until the on ramp.
