Will Tailgate you whether you're going the speed limit or even above it and has no issue cutting you off within inches of your front bumper if he's stuck behind you for 'too long'.

Cut over to my lane which I had been in for miles when we were side by side 100 feet from the red light. No signal.
Then proceeded to get in front of me whichever lane I was in after for a few blocks.
Sped 20+ over limit on neighborhood road.

Dallas, TX . KYL 9579 . Black Altima, no regard for traffic rules. First he or she jerks all over the lane, and tailgates... then decides to pass everyone on the shoulder to make an exit a mile down the highway. Drives in oncoming traffic lanes as well. Not sure what is wrong with the driver, but he or she has no regard for other drivers or driving laws.
