Apparently this guy doesn't know how to read, as he stopped to drop off his passenger literally in front of a "NO STOPPING" sign on a busy road, blocking traffic in that lane for a good 30 seconds.

One of the most aggressive drivers I've seen in a while. I honked when he nearly sideswiped me coming into my lane without looking or signaling, he looked and then pushed his way in anyway. He would have hit me if I hadn't gotten out of the way. We happened to be on the same road for several more miles and I witnessed this asshole cutting others off without signaling about a dozen times...and yet still ending up at the same light as I did when I finally got to leave him behind.
