This person was on his phone on I66 west, holding up traffic, almost ran a van with kids in the car off the road in the process, then got mad at the van because and gave them the middle finger..

Just witnessed an old couple and their grand children having to walk from a really far parking spot in this cold weather, because this JERK took up multiple parking spots upfront.

Looked like a white male. Drives a blue Ford edge with a bike rack. Complete disregard for traffic safety, no turn signal, pushed me into oncoming traffic

Pickup truck driver did not like that I merged into the lane in front of him, even though there was space and I safely did so. Honked at me. Then, at the exit, made a point of changing lanes, going around me, getting in front of me, then leaving. I hope that got the aggression out of his system.
