It could be 7078, but he flew by me in a school zone, crossing a double yellow line. I was going 5 over, so I'm so sorry I wasn't going fast enough.

Woman on a phone in her BMW SUV. Angry that I honked when she was on her phone when the light turned green at Tysons. Cuts in front of me on Chain Bridge, and when I moved lanes, swerves in front again, and sloooows down to a. crawl... I had all the time in the world, anyway :) It was good that I got her to take her eyes off the phone, and slow down! :)
