Between 6 and 6:30 pm, you can find this guy wanting to race up to you, cut you off or merge you into a jersey wall when he runs up beside you on the 81n on ramp from the Winchester mall. Happened to me once and witnessed it occur again today with someone else 3 or 4 cars in front in a black dodge sedan. About caused an accident today as he tried to cut across traffic into the far left lane with a no look to pass the black dodge sedan. He then proceeds with brake checks and tailgating. Real ass. I followed him down an on ramp today and got really excited when he saw me taking pics of his tag. 2nd time seeing this guy pull this. Black Chevy Cruze blue led tail light bulbs.

This guy cuts people off, nearly hit me while cutting lanes in the middle of the intersection and then breaks all kind of laws just to cut me off. I did not speed, or break any laws, but this guy kept trying to get in front of me just to stop, put his car in revers once the light turned green. Obviously following me to try to make me have an accident untill I got my phone, took a photo and tried taking a video He had an Uber sticker in the back side window so be warned if you want a ride from this psyco.

I went to merge into the lane next to me realizing there was a black Audi in my blind spot at the last minute. Upon realizing the black Audi was in my blind spot I immediately pulled back into my lane to avoid hitting her. She was very upset at this and decided to get out of her car at the next stop light and walk up to my vehicle and then began begun to bang on my driver side window. When I put my window down she began to yell and curse at me for cutting her off. She was so aggressive I literally thought I may have to defend myself against this woman and I am a man. Please avoid her at all costs

Driver made left turn not into his inside lane, but two lanes over into right most lane, after which he sped ahead & used the right shoulder to pass in a no passing zone highway entrance. Enraged on the two lane highway, he reduced his speed in the passing lane by ten miles under the limit. He increased his speed when I moved to the right lane. I got his plates on camera by the time we exited the highway.
