Excess speeding, 70 plus in close proximity of cars. Cut off three vehicles on the way to the beaches. One was funeral service car, and the other two had children inside.

This car is in Vancouver Washington. They keep hanging out after hours, usually after midnight or 1 am. They never seem to be there in the daytime, just parking for hours and will leave lights on when cars are close so you can't identify as easily. Sketchy behaviour. Will report soon.
