This loser almost ran me off the road instead of allowing me to rightfully merge then honked the horn and slammed on his brakes when I finally merged behind him. Worst driver ever.

Cut me off suddenly and with no blinker, I pressed my horn because I thought maybe I was in his blind spot and he flipped my off. He continued to drive and was straddling the lanes so I could not pass him. He was swerving and I could smell Medicinal Marijuana coming from his vehicle. Continued to swerve and the passengers in his car looked like they were dancing since their arms were swinging all through the vehicle.
