This lady is a reckless driver and irresponsible she hit my car and run away!! I follow her until 911 told me that if I had the plates I could stop following her but guess what! Nothing can be done since is just a "civilian infraction" not criminal since thankfully no one got hurt.

Backed into a car in a parking lot and then drove away fast... Looked to be on his phone. He didn't leave a note, so I left as much info as I could. Don't know if the owner of the parked vehicle followed up or not.

This driving who owns the license vkj5278 will run you off the road . He drives very recklessly . You can fine him driving between Richmond and Charles city Virginia . Please be very cautious and do no hesitate to call the local authorities .

Full blown red faced yelling road rage. Thought he was going to run me over when I tried to get a picture of this very large red SUV.
