Worst traffic in DC in years. Rules apparently don't apply to this driver - just crossing solid white lines and then cutting off people so they can get to where they are going before the rest of us.

Noticed this JERK A*S H*LE in herndon on old ox road. While on road on my right side lane, was making kissing expressions and shown middle finger to me. Took picture of his car. To my surprise as per Loudoun sheriffs office its not a criminal conduct.

This man accused me of texting because I didn’t immediately tromp on it when the light literally just turned green. The person next to me hadn’t even started going yet. In reality my visor was covering the high hanging green light and I was lifting it up just as the light turned. My phone was on my mount and I did glance at it to preview my GPS route but I was not texting. This white male is so entitled he feels that the world revolves around him and where he needs to go. He has the nerve to accuse people when he has no fucking clue. He honked and waved his hands around, then sped around me and the car that was initially next to me. Our light turned green so that we could get to a red light in front of us which is where he harassed me and ignored any kind of logical thing I had to say and spouted out nonsense while he took a picture of my license plate. I take my time pulling off from green lights as well because I once saw someone get T-boned at an intersection before, so excuse me for taking the time to look before I proceed once the light is green. Green doesn’t mean it’s safe to go.

Several years ago I saw a VA Bch deputy sheriff in uniform driving his personal vehicle and the plates read "I C U N JL" (I See You In Jail) which I found totally inappropriate an unprofessional.
