Drives way to fast! Flys down roads easily 15mph over the speed limit. If someone is in the way he just holds his horn until you move. Also plays loud vulgar music.

The driver of this Toyota Sienna rammed in to the back of a car on Rt. 50 in Fairfax, VA near Greenbriar. He fled the scene. When the driver caught up with him, he pulled over in a shopping center and said that he was late for work and took off again. The victim was not able to catch him. When the victim reported it to the police, they went to the address of the registered owner and said that they don;t own the vehicle. Help stop this hit and runner.
