WORST DRIVER EVER. I have seen this douche driving around Arlington, VA quite often. Always wants to race. How does he still have his license.

This car is extremely slow. This driver was speeding up or switching lanes. We had to just stay on their tail until we passed a tractor trailer. Won't get up on speed and loves to make people tail her. I hope you get better lady :(
