Dude was going 15-25 MPH in a 35 MPH zone for at least a mile before I turned onto my street. He also made a last minute turn from the wrong (straight) lane. Drive better.

Merged blindly into my lane despite me honking, forcing me off the road. He didn't stop and kept driving.

Not wearing seat belt, threw trash out of car while driving and hit parked car in shopping center.

360 West bound in Chesterfield passing me while he's doing about 70 MPH.
The driver waits until I finally pass him while going down the hill towards the county line into Amelia to try and take a picture of me. Boo-hoo-hoo!
There is no one behind me so I put on my brakes and let him go on by me. He gets all upset and I see him try to flip the bird at me.

He pulls over into the turning lane to go into Redfield subdivision and he thinks that I am going to stop. OMG! Really?! So, Mediocre and Deplorable.
I keep on going. I make it to the Chula traffic lights and they turn green and I go on through.
I look in the rear-view mirror. He is ducking in and out of lanes hellbent on catching up with me. I hope someone took a picture or video of him doing that. He finally rides up behind me past Butlers Road where the V.Y. Scott Funeral home is. I am in the left lane and he comes up beside me again. So, I put my brakes on and let him go on by.
Mr. Driver of that truck : What The Hell Is Your Problem, this evening? You can't let shit go. You are out of control and have major issues. You were trying to create an accident for you and the other motorists around you by driving like a bat out of hell just to catch up to me. For What? FOR WHAT?!

Back during the OJ Simpson murder trial I saw in a VA Beach a white Ford Broncho with the VA license plate that read OJDIDIT (OJ DID IT!)
My question then and today why would a white male 3,000 miles from the trial let alone the where the two victims were killed find it so important to create that vanity plates?

U-turn on red light then stopped in the intersection. Caused back up down the whole road.
