Caught the driver of this car & another guy smoking pot on the street next to my house. When I asked them to leave the guy backs up on to the curb almost backing into me.

This ass-hat in his girlfriend's blue Subaru was passing on blind double yellow corners multiple times east bound hwy 20 today. I memorized his plate. If I see this car again, Les Schwab will owe me dinner.
