Black Chevrolet Traverse LS AWY2825, seen in Seattle, WA. First this guy goes straight through the intersection in the left turn lane and almost hits someone. Then he gets obnoxious and waits at the next intersection to turn left and lets the light turn red twice before finally turning.

This guy honked at me from behind when I slowed and stopped at a yellow light that turned red just after I stopped. I looked in my mirror and he was waving his hands in frustration at me.
After the light changed, we both went down the street and when I turned off a mile later, he honked at me again.
I don't know what his problem was.
