This driver was filmed on 5/19/2016 cutting from the Left Turn Only lane to the right lane without using their signal. They then drove over the curb in an attempt to hit a bicycle rider, who was filming at the time.

Swerved around me as I was less than ten feet from a stopsign preparing to turn left. I yelled at him and he got out of the car and said if I didn't have a kid he would beat me up.

On 5/26/2016 at around 3:20 pm on entrance Ramp to Interstate 5 from 38th Street/ Washington State Highway 16, the driver of the Chevy Cruze cut across a double white line to enter the freeway. Not only that he has a plate cover designed to place a glare on any flash of a Camera.
