Met this driver on the road this morning. He was weaving in and out of the lane, throwing plastic garbage bags out his window, abruptly slamming on brakes out of nowhere, sticking his head out the window yelling about something.

3:15 PM - (Downtown Tacoma. S 21st St and S Jefferson St.) That lane you were in was RIGHT-TURN-ONLY. Why did you go straight through the intersection, and cutoff other cars to get into the farthest left lane?
