Passed this guy, he was going 50MPH in a 60 Zone on 520 between redmond and Bellevue. He felt the need to flip me off and flash his high beams.

Drove at 20 mph in 30 mph zone.
Also rode on the yellow line more than 10 times in 15 minutes on a mostly straight road
