This crazy girl ran me off the on ramp to the freeway and sent me up the embankment.. she had 3 other people in her car. 2 female 1 male. I tried to catch up to her to get her to pull over and she didn’t comply. Then when I finally got to her passenger side an African American gentleman lowered the window and said “we don’t have to pull over” .. I said you guys ran me off the road what are you talking about I need some information so I can fix the damage to my car. He rolled up the window! I live in Encino, Los Angeles, California and what she just did is against the law. I called police but of course they are no help

We got in this guy's car, told him where we were going, and he said, "that's not far, you should walk." Ask him if he still wants our fare, and he said, "get out." He drove off flipping us off.

This driver does not know what the green arrow means.
The first time, did not react to the green in 5 seconds.
The second time, stopped at intersection for a cyclist who stopped for red light.

I witnessed a dog locked in this vehicle for at the very least 10-15 minutes. There were no keys in the ignition and the windows were completely closed. It was over 80 degrees outside at the time.

Were driving in the middle lane trying to get to the far right lane. This lady won't let us over and proceeds to speed up. So we slow down to get behind her. As soon as we do she slams on her brakes at a green light and completely stops to brake check us. We weren't in a hurry to be anywhere, just trying to switch lanes. Not sure what was up her ass.

Indian guy got mad because I got the last spot in parking lot.He argues with me,and says he will just park behind me. When I get back hes gone and my car keyed.
