This guy is out of control. He was in a merge lane in Carson City, I was already halfway past him when he started cutting into my lane. I beeped my horn and he went nuts. Starting screaming at me, flipping me off. pulled up next to me at a stop light and said F**k You and your wife. I felt bad as he had a beautiful boxer dog in the car who never barked but seemed very upset. Be careful of this guy. He's unstable!

The other day, I was following behind this vehicle as you describe, had my son with me at this time. This guy did the exact same thing as you described; he drives real slow like a lane hog in the fast lane. Then, he gradually drives slower and slower, for no damn reason, and then he slammed on his brakes. He's real lucky I had my son with me, otherwise he would've found out what asphalt feels like. Guy's a menace to society.
