Blue Cavalier. 630am. Tailgating, Passed 1, then another, then a group of 6 cars in suicide lane. Heavy rain. Everybody already going 45 in a 40 on willows road Redmond. Then nearly hits someone in oncoming traffic. Total menace to our roads.
