She cut me off on the 101 Westbound @ about 56th street. Then pulled over into the HOV Lane without a passenger and passed the traffic and the pulled back into regular Lane and almost hit a car as she did it. Blonde hair with big sunglasses... Watch out for this crazy driver!

this crazy driver used the yellow lane for at least a mile, drove fast and almost caused accidents. Driving in Phoenix/Glendale on Bethany Home Rd and 75th Ave, turning on Colter I believe and 77th Lane. This is not acceptable!! Stop this madness. His/Her license plate is BKF9377 and is light tan Ford car. see picture.

Minivan tailgated me + cut off another driver. Guy had his wife and kids in the minivan. Called the cops on him and reported him and he had a nice long conversation with the cops.
