Cut me off without using a blinker on a busy roadway. I didn’t honk or flash lights, just took a picture of the license place to protect myself. She retaliated by taking BOTH hands off the wheel (while driving 60MPH) to take a photo of me... truly bizarre and disturbed behavior.

This female threw a beer bottle out her window. Was swerving down La Tuna cyn. She was swerving so bad she drove in the bicycle and emergency lane most of the way down the hill. The picture only reflects her in the bike lane a little bit, but most of the way down the hill her car was completely in the emergency lane. She is also driving with bald tires and expired registration.

This car with the plate no. 7KPH601. Hunk in the middle of the road even though he was the one who was driving fast while I was waiting in the middle of the street to go in the right. I was waitinfg for him to pass before I go right on the street. He hunk and he stopped in front of my car and did not moved at all. I wanted to go one more right lane so I can go but he kept on blocking my front. Then he opened his door and gave a middle finger. I wish he go to hell soon! He should not drive 60mph in front of the school!
