11/02, 10:33p -After a motorist collided with a sand-arrestor in a 405 S Irvine construction zone, traffic was stalled for about 10 min. Afterward this driver forced its way through other motorists w/out signaling and far too close at that including crossing the HOV barrier at will.

This guy is a total d-bag. Drives right up on my rear (less than 3 feet). Passes me in a carpool lane while driving solo, and then cuts back in to try to run me out of the lane.
