I was going the speed limit as cars in front of me were slowing due to 5 south morning traffic and this driver erratically pulls next to me and proceeds to pull his car towards mine then he cuts in front of me and break checks me hard and speeds off cutting and splitting lanes

This solo driver was in the express lane of the 110 fwy heading to LA. He is a cheater because he was in the express lane without a transponder. He crossed over the solid white lines into regular traffic to avoid going under the overhead receivers.
