Driver doesn't signal about half the time. The inconsistency makes it difficult to know when they will change lanes, so give them a lot of room just in case

Cut me off in traffic while turning right from a stop sign, just pulled out without looking since I changed lanes about 20 yards back from the turn. I had to slam on the brakes and horn and female driver didn't even notice. Maybe check out the eye doctor? I think you need some prescription glasses
