CA driver in WA, tailgating then speeding in front resulting in them braking repeatedly in front of me as they then tailgate the next person.

Driver came in very close and almost clipped me. Driver signaled but there wasn't enough room without me hitting the brakes, and then afterwards failed to signal in subsequent turns

This gentleman cut me off the other day speeding down Lancaster Blvd and when I reached the red light I can hear him scream from his vehicle something along the lines of "God dude"
