This driver is so rude. I waited to park my car while the other driver 1 was pulling out of the parking space. The driver of this license plate came from other direction , then he parked his car right into my soon-to-be my parking space. I told him I was waiting here first, he just smile, parked the car, and walked away.

Driving through residential neighborhood at 30+ mph. Ran two stop signs in from of elementary school. Other vehicles and pediestrians, including children, in vicinity.

Horrible driver! Runs red lights, assaults other drivers, drives erratically. Incredibly rude. This plate was on a silver Prius and the person driving was a man with dark hair. If you see this avoid him at all costs. He's either drunk or insane.
