Saw this DB driving erratically in Laguna Beach. He purposely tried to back up and taking my car. Probably another drunk tourist grom the IE.

I think it was a female hiding behind the dark tinted windows passing WITHIN the carpool lane, sandwiched between a concrete barrier and the white civic.

Ahole was leaving a gap in front big enough for a full semi or more. When I tried to go around him he sped up to block me. Then he went off to the carpool lane and he was alone with no sticker. Standard pos on the 5 fwy.
