He's an electric scooter charger. It's a bit competitive, so this gentleman is prone to drive a little recklessly to get there first. Like driving the wrong way down one way streets.

This maniac was tailgating, swerving, speeding, cutting people off and gesturing rudely at people on the road, in town driving with heavy traffic. Def the kind of person who's gonna get someone hurt or worse on the road. Wish an officer would have been around to see this guy.

Lyft driver!!! Nearly backed over a group of SDSU students. Ran red light, on her phone the entire time.
