A PG&E driver drove the wrong way at Kaiser Permenante Santa Clara parking lot tried to steal a spot that a Student Driver had been legally waiting for. When I called her on it she had the nerve to day I had read rage. I told her no rage, just tired of people breaking the law.

This reckless ass sped through several lanes of dense lunch hour traffic doing ~25mph over speed shown on rear view. Mission Viejo Area.
