driving thru the Ortega in front of me ... driving dangerously close to the yellow lines and swerving around... literally hits the side of the mountain and keeps driving. Called 911 to stop and make sure he was not medical or alcohol impaired... no response from 911

This low level male flashed me in the slow lane for doing 47 in a 45 zone only to subsequently hover intently next to me during our path to the interstate.

On the interstate, driving behind a large truck, speeding up to 90 mph+ to pass said truck, then moving into the passing lane when there was NO ROOM with multiple other vehicles already in the passing lane. Then after they passed the truck, slowing down to 5 mph UNDER the speed limit. This occurred several times in about 20-30 minutes. At least 3 times an accident nearly occurred. Um, so are you in a mad rush or not?
