Driver was driving recklessly at 0627 hours on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Driver was cutting into lanes without signaling and possibly an unmarked vehicle. Driver was driving recklessly while coming off the 94 and onto Broadway in Downtown SD.

Crazy stalker person. Looks like a pedo/tweeker.

Super aggressive reckless driver. Speeds, tailgates, sprays water. Seen multiple times on San Diego on 15. Going to get someone hurt. Called police on him before. I wouldn't be surprised if he was DUI
