This driver was on the freeway in an exit only lane. They drove all the way until the lane started to exit and drove onto the shoulder to get into the left lane. This guy cutting off a box truck and almost came really close to getting his car smashed.

He is a kind gentleman who is super polite to other drivers and always respects the ROW of bicyclists and most importantly, those precious pedestrians.
