The driver doesn't care that it parked on bike lane as well. Even truck are able to park without passing the bike lane but this Tesla driver doesn't care about other. The driver only care about driver's comfort, not safety or following the rules.

Driver parks in the middle on an intersection, on a red: "no parking" curb for 15 minutes blocking all traffic. Cars needed to move to the counter traffic to pass him.
