The driver left the car and blocked parked cars as well as the whole road(see attached picture).
The car was parked that way for at least 30 minutes.

Drove recklessly, cutting other vehicles with DOUBLE SOLID LINES WITH SPEED LIMIT OF 25MPH. Almost all cars almost got swiped and crashed from this vehicle.

This Tesla does not give a crap about pedestrians and stop signs. Me and my fam was walking on the pedestrian lane and the lady driving the tesla has a stop sign but she did not stop and almost ran us over. She did not stop at all and kept going. She ran over the red light as well.

Driver parks for 15 minutes on a Fire Lane to be closer to a building. If he would park on half full parking, he would need to walk 2 minutes to a building. Lazy person who likes to break the law.
