Complete lunatic swerving all over the highway, passing on the shoulder, and trying to run cars off the road. He took a swipe toward a Honda Element that was behind us (since it wasn't going fast enough for him), then proceeded to drive like a maniac for the next few minutes, passing every car behind us and in front of us on the shoulder. Police have been alerted.

this tool likes to bother our neighbors with his freaking loud exhaust system on his suv while rattling windows, speeding on the neighborhood and loud music too.
